Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Footietalk.xyz respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
Please send a written communication to [email protected] containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its specific URL on footietalk.xyz.
- Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court, and your name, address, and telephone number.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Footietalk.xyz will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
