Footballer Sponsorship Deals

The boot deals aren't even half of it. Welcome to the real money in football.

Kylian Mbappe — $45M/year from Endorsements

The most marketable athlete on earth. Nike pays him $15M/year — his signature boot line outsells everyone except Jordan. He's also the face of Hublot ($5M), EA Sports FC cover star ($4M), Oakley ($3M), and Dior's men's fragrance line. His deal with Dior made history as the first time a footballer fronted a luxury fashion campaign of this scale. His image rights are reportedly worth more than his playing salary.

Erling Haaland — $35M/year

The Viking has become a marketing phenomenon. Nike pays $12M/year after beating Adidas in a bidding war. Other deals: Samsung ($5M), Viaplay ($4M), Breitling ($3M), and a bizarre but lucrative deal with a Norwegian salmon company that pays $2M/year. Haaland's unique look — the long hair, the intense stare — makes him instantly recognizable. He also earns $8M/year from his esports venture and gaming-related partnerships.

Jude Bellingham — $30M/year

At 23, Bellingham is already an endorsement juggernaut. Adidas pays $12M/year for his signature Predator line. He's the face of Gucci's men's collection ($5M), has a lucrative deal with Pepsi ($4M), and fronts campaigns for O2 ($3M) and Lucozade ($2M). His clean-cut image and English charm make him the safest bet for brands wanting global reach without controversy. Industry insiders predict his endorsement income will surpass Mbappe's within 3 years.

Cristiano Ronaldo — $15M/year (Declining)

Once the undisputed king of endorsements — at his peak he earned $50M/year from Nike alone. The Saudi move dented his commercial appeal in Western markets, but his CR7 brand (clothing, hotels, fragrances, gyms) generates over $100M in revenue annually. He still has Nike ($10M), Binance ($3M), and various Saudi-linked deals. His 650 million Instagram followers mean he can charge $2M+ per sponsored post — more than any other athlete on earth.
