Kylian Mbappé — PSG → Real Madrid | €150M
The one we all saw coming. Five-year deal through June 2031. Weekly wage: £1.2M (€1.4M) — making him the highest-paid player in football history. Signing bonus of €100M spread across the contract. Madrid unveil him Friday at the Santiago Bernabéu in front of 80,000 fans. The saga that defined modern transfer windows is finally over.
Michael Olise — Crystal Palace → Bayern Munich | £50M
The French winger chose Bayern over Chelsea and Manchester United. Smart career move — he gets Champions League football and Vincent Kompany's system is tailor-made for a left-footed right winger who cuts inside. Four-year deal. Palace reinvested immediately, signing two replacements before Olise had even packed his bags.
Jarrad Branthwaite — Everton → Manchester United | £45M
After months of haggling (United's initial £35M bid was laughed out of the room), they finally met Everton's valuation. The 23-year-old center-back signed a 5+1 deal and slots straight into a back four that desperately needs a left-footed defender. Max Kilman — Wolves → West Ham | £40M
West Ham paid full price but got their man. Kilman reunites with Julen Lopetegui and becomes the defensive leader West Ham have lacked since Declan Rice left. Seven-year contract — West Ham going all-in on the long-term amortization game.
Ismaël Bennacer — AC Milan → Al-Hilal | €35M
The Algerian midfielder leaves Europe at 28. Al-Hilal offered wages Milan could not match (€18M/year net). Three-year deal. Tactically it makes sense — Hilal needed a controller to play alongside Rúben Neves.
Richarlison — Tottenham → Al-Ittihad | £50M
Spurs finally found a buyer. Richarlison gets a massive payday (£350K/week) and Al-Ittihad get a Brazilian international who will tear up the Saudi Pro League. Tottenham reinvested the fee immediately in a proper number 9.

Tosin Adarabioyo — Fulham → Chelsea | Free
Chelsea's first summer signing and arguably their smartest. Free transfer, Premier League proven, fits the possession system perfectly. Newcastle thought they had him — Chelsea swooped in at the eleventh hour. Classic Todd Boehly move.
Youssouf Fofana — Monaco → AC Milan | €18M
Milan needed midfield steel after losing Bennacer. Fofana at €18M is borderline theft for a French international entering his prime. Four-year contract, medical passed Wednesday. One of the bargains of the window.
Lloyd Kelly — Bournemouth → Newcastle | Free
Eddie Howe reunites with his former Bournemouth captain. Free transfer, versatile defender who can play center-back or left-back. Perfect squad player for a team competing in four competitions.
